Welcome to Inforumex World. By accessing our website inforumexworld.org or registering for any of our conferences, seminars, workshops, or digital summits (collectively, “Events“), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms“). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or attend any Inforumex World Events.

1. Definitions

• “Inforumex World” refers to the conference organisation and website operator.
• “Participant” refers to any registered attendee, presenter, author, reviewer, or sponsor.
• “Event” refers to any international conference, digital summit, seminar, or workshop organised by Inforumex World.
• “Registration Fee” refers to the applicable fee payable to attend and/or present at an Event.

2. Registration

2.1 Registration for an Event is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment of the applicable Registration Fee.

2.2 Each registration is personal and non-transferable unless approved in writing by Inforumex World.

2.3 Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Inforumex World reserves the right to cancel a registration if false or misleading information is provided.

2.4 For paper/abstract presenters, acceptance of a paper does not guarantee registration. Authors must separately complete and pay for their registration.

2.5 Inforumex World reserves the right to limit or close registration at any time without prior notice.

3. Registration Fees and Payment

3.1 All Registration Fees are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable processing charges as displayed at checkout.

3.2 Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By completing payment, you agree to PayPal’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3.3 Registration Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Cancellation Policy (Section 4).

3.4 Inforumex World reserves the right to change Registration Fees at any time prior to your registration being completed.

3.5 Group registration discounts, if available, are subject to minimum participant thresholds and must be arranged in advance.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Participant:

• Cancellations made 30 or more days before the Event date: 75% refund of the Registration Fee.
• Cancellations made 15–29 days before the Event date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before the Event date: No refund.
• No-shows on the day of the Event: No refund.

4.2 All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@inforumexworld.org. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

4.3 Registration Fees are non-refundable in cases of participant visa denial, personal emergencies, technical difficulties on the participant’s end, or failure to attend.

4.4 Cancellation or Postponement by Inforumex World: If an Event is cancelled or postponed by Inforumex World due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions), participants will be offered: (a) a full credit transferable to a future Event, or (b) a refund of 80% of the Registration Fee (to account for irrecoverable administrative costs). Inforumex World shall not be liable for any additional losses including travel, accommodation, or visa costs.

5. Presentation and Publication

5.1 Authors submitting papers agree that their work is original, unpublished, and not under review by another publication simultaneously.

5.2 By submitting a paper or abstract, authors grant Inforumex World the right to include it in the Event proceedings, programme, and promotional materials.

5.3 At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the full Registration Fee. Failure to do so may result in removal of the paper from the programme and proceedings.

5.4 Inforumex World does not guarantee peer-reviewed indexing of proceedings. Authors are responsible for verifying indexing information independently.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 All Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times during Inforumex World Events.

6.2 Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behaviour of any kind — based on gender, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin — will not be tolerated.

6.3 Inforumex World reserves the right to remove any Participant who violates this Code of Conduct without refund.

6.4 Participants must not record sessions (audio, video, or screenshots) without prior written consent from Inforumex World and the presenter.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the Inforumex World website — including logos, graphics, text, and design — is the property of Inforumex World and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 Event presentations, sessions, and materials are the intellectual property of the respective presenters. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires explicit written consent from the author and Inforumex World.

7.3 Inforumex World may photograph or record Events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image or voice being included in such materials unless you notify us in writing prior to the Event.

8. Virtual Event Terms

8.1 All Inforumex World conferences are conducted as fully virtual/online events. Participation requires a stable internet connection, compatible device, and appropriate conferencing software.

8.2 Inforumex World is not responsible for technical issues on the Participant’s side, including connectivity failures, hardware/software incompatibility, or power outages.

8.3 Access credentials (meeting links, login details) are personal and must not be shared with non-registered individuals.

8.4 Session recordings may be made available to registered Participants for a limited period at the discretion of Inforumex World.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inforumex World, its organisers, officers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in any Event.

9.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your registration or participation shall not exceed the Registration Fee you paid for the relevant Event.

9.3 Inforumex World makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any Event content or materials.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website and registration for Events is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles.

11.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in an Event shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration.

12. Amendments

Inforumex World reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services or registration for Events after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
