All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the official conference support team with your registration details.

Refund Schedule

Administrative, banking, and payment processing fees may be deducted from approved refunds.

Between 30 and 60 days before event 25% refund
Less than 30 days before the event No refund

* E-Poster, Video Presentation, and On-Demand Participation registrations are non-refundable under all circumstances.

❌ Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • › Failure to attend the event.
  • › Scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances.
  • › Technical issues originating from the participant's internet connection, hardware, or software.
  • › Visa denials or travel restrictions.
  • › Speaker cancellations or program changes.
  • › Missed presentations or sessions.
  • › Circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Inforumex World.

🔄 Registration Transfer Policy

  • › A fully paid registration may be transferred to another participant. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the event.
  • › Registrations may be transferred to another Inforumex World conference within 12 months of the original registration date.
  • › Transfer requests are subject to organizer approval.
  • › Registration transfers cannot be converted into cash refunds.
  • › All transfer decisions made by Inforumex World shall be final.

🏛️ Event Postponement or Cancellation

  • › Inforumex World reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel any event due to force majeure circumstances including natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures.
  • › If an event is cancelled by Inforumex World and cannot be rescheduled, participants shall be entitled to a 100% refund of the registration fee paid.
  • › Inforumex World shall not be liable for travel expenses, flight cancellations, accommodation, visa costs, or any other indirect losses.

🏦 Refund Processing

  • › Approved refunds shall be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
  • › PayPal payments will be refunded to the same PayPal account.
  • › Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days after conclusion of the event.
  • › Any banking, transaction, currency conversion, or intermediary fees shall be borne by the participant.
